Students applying for admission to any of the programs offered by the Theological College need to supply the following:
- (a) A good attestation (including an assessment of the applicant's suitability for the ministry) issued by the consistory of the Canadian Reformed Church, or a church with which the Canadian Reformed Churches have full ecclesiastical correspondence, of which the applicant has been a member for an extended period of time. In addition, applicants should also see to it that the ecclesiastical recommendation form is filled out and that the academic recommendation form is completed by a present or former instructor. (b) letters of recommendation from two qualified persons if the applicant does not belong to a Canadian Reformed Church or to a church with which the Canadian Reformed Churches have full ecclesiastical correspondence;
"A person who is not a member of one of the churches or a sister church may be admitted as a student to the College at the discretion of the Senate subject to the policies established by the Board of Governors if such a person has declared that he agrees with the basis of the College as set out in section 4 of the Act." Section 12.01 of By-law Number 12 of the Theological College. - official academic transcripts of all work done beyond high school required for the program to which admission is sought;
- an autobiographical letter including one's reason for desiring to study theology;
- a doctor's certificate of good health. This is not required for foreign students since it is part of their visa application.
