To open and close each week of lectures with a meditation on the Word of God and a time of song and prayer, a "chapel" is conducted at the beginning and end of the week by a professor or student. We come before the Lord together.
Although the College cannot offer dedicated student housing facilities, the administrative assistant does have many contacts and will help students find suitable housing. Church members in the Hamilton area often open their homes to students. Sometimes a group of students rents a home together.
Theological Book Centre
The Theological Book Centre is managed by the students in conjunction with the administrative assistant. The book centre provides students with the required textbooks.
From the Perspective of a Former Student
"Though schoolwork always demanded much time, we students made opportunity to enjoy fellowship with one another, and to sweat over things other than good marks and completed papers. When the weather allowed it, street hockey; when the personal budget allowed it, golf; when the will-power caved in, ping-pong in classroom two." Reuben Bredenhof (M. Div. 2004 - Minister of the Word in London, ON.)
