Transcripts for former students are available upon request by emailing the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org. Since transcripts are confidential, official documents will only be released upon the written (emailed) authorization of the student. Requests over the phone will not be accepted.
A processing fee of $10 will be charged per transcript request. Additional fees will apply for expedited postage or courier.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your request to be processed. Please note that transcript requests will not be processed from July 15 to August 15 or from December 15 to January 15. Please allow sufficient time for your request to be processed and mailed. CRTS assumes no responsibility for missed deadlines or lost mail.
